Today the Elements of Sustainable Chemistry (ESC) were able to present some of initial research outcomes to the Chem Ed community attending the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI) Chemistry Education symposium, at Canberra Institute of Technology, Canberra.
Madeleine (in person) and Seamus (via video) took the opportunity to demonstrate some of the research we have been undertaking, principally around implementing systems thinking and sustainability in the chemistry classroom.
We also took the opportunity to tell the Chem Ed audience about the fantastic schools, students and student leaders we have had the chance to visit and meet lately!
